My artistic journey began in my childhood. Art is a passion that’s stayed with me ever since.

Through my art, I try to reveal beauty in the unnoticed, those quiet, everyday moments that often hold the deepest meaning. My goal is to create work that resonates, touches, and inspires. It means the world to me when a piece connects with someone. I work with a variety of techniques, each serving as a way to express what I feel and observe.

 

In autumn 2023, I opened my own studio Atelier Coco Yang, after many years working in branding and graphic design. I have also engaged in academic training to enhance my painting skills and broaden my understanding of art.

My first project, walnut.unique, was an intimate exploration of the human mind — the walnut kernel as a symbol of complexity, uniqueness, and potential. That journey led to my first solo show in the Black Forest.

Between 2024 and 2025, I worked on two art projects CHESS and This is She. Selected works were part of my second solo exhibition, Reflection, which took place in Göppingen in May and June 2025.

 

I’m currently developing a contemporary art project titled Crowded Monument. Inspired by the concept of public solitude, it takes an experimental approach to explore the emotional struggles of individuals in modern society.

 

I’m also working on Serenity Within — an interior project that focuses on still life. It explores the quiet power of everyday objects and scenes, revealing their raw elegance and emotional echoes.
